Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Data Technician to join our IT team at Stowe School. Your role will be essential to support the Group Data Manager in maintaining our various information systems. You will maintain, update, cleanse, analyse and report on data held in our systems. 

The position will suit someone who is passionate about data systems, has excellent attention to detail and is looking to work in a team of IT professionals. A strong knowledge of databases is essential along with tools to generate, analyse and cleanse data. You will be a confident communicator and work well using your own initiative and as part of a team. You will have a good understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.  

Stowe School

Stowe School occupies Stowe House and approximately 200 acres of the Stowe estate and is located in Stowe’s world-famous landscape gardens set in 880 acres. Stowe School is an independent co-educational boarding School with approximately 900 pupils. There are around 500 full and part-time staff with 60 staff and their families living on site. The Stowe Group of schools (Stowe, Ashfold, Swanbourne House and Winchester House) are situated on four separate sites in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire and educate children from 3-18 years.
